Fees & Insurance

Intake/Assessment (typically 90 minutes) - $215

​Therapy Session (typically 55 minutes) - $180

Insurance: I am currently in-network with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina, and Carolina Behavioral Health Alliance (CBHA). If I am not in-network with your insurance, I can provide a superbill (upon your request) which you can submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement.

Reduced Rate:  If cost limits you from receiving the care you need, please contact me about the current availability of reduced rate spots. These spots will be given based on need.

​Cancellations:  If you need to cancel a session, please cancel in the client portal or via email at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled session. Cancellations made within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the session rate, and cancellations made within 24 hours and no shows will be charged the full session rate.
